I did the digital appt. It was fine. The staff to assist after worst customer service. There at a desk for them to figure things out over an hour. Bad attitude and I still am not confident all was submitted accurately. They need a manager to assist!!! I always go here no issues but this time horrible service.

The staff has been friendly and worked to resolve the issues. But my original prescription for distant was poor. This was corrected with a follow-up visit. Additionally, I have been in multiple times to get my glasses to fit well. Still not a great fit. UPDATE They offered to replace my glasses to get a better fit and helped me select a new pair. I now have the new glasses, and they fit well! I appreciate their efforts to make things right.

I know I dint have much of a script on the top of my bifocals, but it's too much & idk if the lenses I picked but there really seems to be a glare at night? I'm gonna try to get back in 30 days to get new ones hope I can I bought ins with holidays & all. The transition to bifocal seemed fine this time. Dr Fredrickson is great

I am very satisfied with the service here. The doctor is very thorough. Because I opted for taking pictures of my eyes, he also explained what he was seeing within my eyes and answered all my questions. His staff is professional and helpful. I definitely will be returning for my eye care needs.

I have been to this location twice. Each time has been very pleasant visits. The Dr is professional and friendly. The staff is efficient and thorough. Strongly recommended.
